This stunning kanjivaram sari in a dual shade of red is handwoven with vanki(chevron) patterns in gold zari, running along the body. The korvai borders in bottle green shot with leaf green have kuyilkannu(cuckoo eyes), rudraksham, and geometric patterns in gold zari, along with hints of scarlet red. The pallu in the same colours as the borders is interlocked using the 'benth' technique, features a diamond band flanked by kuthirai(horse), mythical animal, floral, salangai(anklet) and geometric patterns in gold zari and scarlet red woven using the 'adai' technique.
