A Kanakavalli Session is a pre booked video call appointment, an interactive way to view our repertoire live - curated based on your input via our questionnaire - and an opportunity to engage with us during the shopping experience. A Session Specialist will host your Sessions appointment.
Whether it's for your big day or a special occasion, enjoy the experience of shopping virtually from the comfort of your home, as we put together a tailor-made Kanakavalli Session for you.
Here are a few guidelines and pointers to keep in mind before you decide to confirm your Session with us.
System requirements -
Any device capable of video calls, good wifi/Internet speed, and clear sound input and output. Remember, a larger screen gets you a better view of all the gorgeous saris we'll be showing you!
The process -
- If you are interested in a Session, you will need to fill in a brief Questionnaire which can be found further below. Once we receive the completed Questionnaire, we will connect with you to confirm an exact date and time for your Session!
- Sessions are carefully curated with products that are based on your input in the Questionnaire, so the more detailed your responses, the better.
- Please do complete the entire Questionnaire to ensure a better Sessions experience.
- You will also receive a record of your answers from email@example.com - so do keep a lookout for that in your email inbox.
- Shortly after, an email from us (firstname.lastname@example.org) will follow advising next contact steps - please do reply to this email to progress your Session request.
- Once we have made contact and confirmed your Session date and time, you will get a notification of the details of your booked Sessions appointment.
- Please note that your Sessions Specialist will wait for you to join the meeting link for 10 minutes after the appointed time, following which the Session will be disconnected, if it is a no-show.
- If you would like to cancel or reschedule your Session, kindly get in touch with us at least 24 hours before your appointment time. You can email us at email@example.com.
- Your Sessions host is highly trained and knowledgeable and will be most happy to answer any pertinent questions you may have during your Session.
