Shipping and your orders

We offer worldwide shipping.
We are tied up with reputed couriers such as FedEx , DHL , Bluedart etc . You will receive a mail with a link to track your orders upon dispatch of the same from our end .
We ship out the products within 10 working days from the date of placing the order. This timeline does not apply to pre-orders and for certain jewellery items.

You will also receive emails regularly on your order status so please keep an eye out for those.
Sure, as long as your order has not yet shipped. Once it has, it is not possible to change any aspects to your product/s, and re routing a courier may be possible but we cannot guarantee it.
This is why we suggest keeping a lookout for our emails, especially our 'Order Confirmation' email, and checking all the details there carefully. Get in touch with us immediately if something there needs correcting and we will look into it.

Yes , all prices shown in site are including taxes . What is not included is the customs duty or a tax/charges that may be levied as per the local laws based on the country / city that you live in.
In the event of a product you like being sold out , please get in touch with our customer engagement team ,who can check for a second unit of the same (if available ) or assist you with similar options as per your preference, and in some cases, pre-order the product if that is an option.
