Kanakavalli Kanjivaram Silk Sari 23-040-HS001-09287

This beautiful kanjivaram sari in violet shot with deep blue grey is handwoven with floral buttis in gold zari, dotted on the body. The korvai borders in scarlet red have diamond, vanki(chevron) and thuthiripoo patterns in gold zari, along with hints of golden yellow. The pallu in the same colours as the borders features twill, yaanai(elephant), kuthirai(horse), manga(paisley), mythical bird, floral and geometric motifs in gold zari, woven using the 'adai' technique.
