This classic kanjivaram sari in mustard yellow shot with mustard orange is handwoven with floral buttis in gold zari, dotted on the body. The korvai borders in brown shot with dark mulberry purple have diamond, chevron and geometric patterns in gold zari and brown, along with hints of red. The pallu is interlocked using the 'benth' technique in the same colours as the borders and features parrot, elephant, floral and geometric motifs in gold zari, red and dark mulberry purple woven using the 'adai' technique.
