Kanakavalli Kanjivaram Silk Sari 22-040-HS001-01582

This elegant kanjivaram sari is handwoven with checks in gold tissue, mustard yellow, peacock green and pastel pink all shot with rosewater pink, running along the body. The korvai borders follows a ganga jamuna layout, where in the sides are in mustard yellow shot with ochre yellow and parrot green both having floral, paisley and geometric patterns in gold zari and crimson red, along with contrasting stripes. The pallu is interlocked using the 'pethni' technique in a dual shade of lavender and features a diamond band edged by parrot, elephant and geometric motifs all in gold zari woven using the 'adai' technique.
