Kanakavalli Kanjivaram Silk Sari 21-110-HS001-09638

This sari is from Kanakavalli’s Reiya collective that have undergone a series of hand processes to soften and age the drape. It is marked by age-muted zari, and a sumptuous bodied but butter soft hand feel.

This beautiful kanjivaram sari in black is handwoven with mayil(peacock) and chakaram buttis in gold zari, dotted on the body. The korvai borders have mayil, yaanai(elephant), diamond and rudraksham motifs in gold zari. The pallu features mayil, chakaram, checks, yali, rudraksham, floral and manga(paisley) motifs in gold zari.
