Vaishnavi weds Nikhil
Kanakavalli Bride Vaishnavi believes that love is born out of friendship, so she’s eternally grateful that her husband was first her best friend in college before they got together.
Nikhil proposed to her at sunset when they were out on a boat in Cambridge in the UK. She got so nervous and emotional that she burst into tears immediately after and nearly dropped the ring in the water! Fortunately, that didn’t happen and it has been smooth sailing since.
For Vaishnavi, the best part of wedding planning was seeing a beautiful friendship evolve between her and Nikhil’s parents. In fact, their parents now hang out and travel together all the time.
Vaishnavi will never forget the moment that the dupatta between her and Nikhil dropped and she got to garland him first (indicating that she is now the decision maker of the household).
It was a moment of pure joy. Since the wedding, Vaishnavi says that life has been like having a sleepover with her best friend every day.
Kanakavalli was the first store Vaishnavi visited with her family while looking for her wedding sari.
She loved the kanjivarams and says that the entire shopping experience was incredible. She found her dream kanjivaram in no time at all, and says the puja done by the Kanakavalli team after the purchase made it all the more special.
