Gayathri weds Nikhil
Kanakavalli Bride Gayathri and Nikhil met in school. They were classmates first and, over time, their friendship blossomed into a relationship.
They knew each other as young children and watched each other grow into adults. They’ve seen each other through ups and downs – moving to different cities, getting their first jobs – and are now building their life together.
After many years together, Nikhil proposed to Gayathri and she couldn't wait to get married.
Gayathri had a very clear vision for her wedding – from the details of the décor, to her make-up and the sari she would wear. Putting all this together was her favourite part of wedding planning.
The wedding was an intimate one, giving the couple a chance to spend time with their loved ones.
Gayathri loved watching her husband’s family and her family coming together to have a wonderful time. She says this was a truly wholesome experience.
“I’ve always wanted to wear Kanakavalli for my wedding,” say Gayathri, adding that the craftsmanship, quality and heritage of the brand are incomparable.
She said shopping at the store was a lovely experience, with the staff going above and beyond to show her several options to suit her vision and taste.
