Shreya weds Gowtham
Kanakavalli Bride Shreya and Gowtham first met when they were undergraduates in college, but they barely spoke to each other as students.
It was only years later, when they were introduced by their families, that they realised they were ideal for each other. And the decision to get married was mutual.
Shreya and Gowtham's wedding had fifteen events, spread across almost two months! They had a getti maata, engagement, haldi ceremony, mehendi and sangeeth, nalugu, cocktail party, baraat, and lots more. It was a memorable time for the couple and they could not have enjoyed it more.
The intimate wedding ceremony took place at Tirumala with their closest friends and family.
Shreya says she'll never forget the sound of her friends celebrating as the couple exited the stage - a sound that will stay in her heart forever.
Having seen her cousin and aunt wear Kanakavalli, Shreya knew she wanted to buy her wedding sari from our store.
She loved the ambience, the interaction with the team and the entire experience. The most exciting thing for Shreya was seeing both her mum and dad also wearing Kanakavalli for her big day!
