This beautiful silk cotton sari in mulberry purple shot with black is handwoven with fine stripes in silver tissue, highlighted by stylised leaf motifs in silver zari and black, on the body. The borders have chevron and geometric patterns in silver zari. The pallu features stylised leaf motifs, bands and stripes in silver zari and black.

These exclusively commissioned handloom saris are woven in the town of Maheshwar, famed for its ultrafine silk cotton weaves. The gossamer light fabric is radiant and luxurious.
