Kanakavalli Silk/Cotton Sari 24-598-HS005-10441

This classic silk cotton sari in black is handwoven with stripes in off-white silk and scarlet red cotton, highlighted by circular motifs in scarlet red silk on the body. The borders in black have circular, chevron and geometric patterns in scarlet red and deep beige cotton. The pallu in the same colours as the borders features seeprekku patterns along with circular, chevron and geometric motifs in scarlet red silk.

Woven with silk and cotton in the warp, and silk in the weft, these exclusively developed handlooms, with their higher silk content, impart these saris with a soft luster and bodied drape.
