Kanakavalli Silk/Cotton Sari 23-598-HS005-14726

This classic silk cotton sari in a dual shade of sap green is handwoven with stripes in pale grey silk and mustard orange cotton, highlighted by circular buttis in orange silk, on the body. The borders have circular, chevron and geometric motifs in burnt orange and deep beige cotton. The pallu mirrors the patterns of the borders and also features seeprekku bands in orange silk.

Woven with silk and cotton in the warp, and silk in the weft, these exclusively developed handlooms, with their higher silk content, impart these saris with a soft luster and bodied drape.
