Kanakavalli Silk/Cotton Sari 23-598-HS005-07355

This classic silk cotton sari in golden yellow silk shot with ochre cotton is handwoven with stripes in off-white silk, highlighted by circular motifs in olive green silk, on the body. The borders in ochre cotton shot with golden yellow silk have twill, chevron and geometric patterns in olive green and off-white cotton. The pallu in the same colours as the body features a seeprekku pattern edged by deer, peacock, paisley, floral, chevron, twill and geometric motifs in olive green silk.

Woven with silk and cotton in the warp, and silk in the weft, these exclusively developed handlooms, with their higher silk content, impart these saris with a soft lustre and bodied drape.
