Kanakavalli Silk/Cotton Sari 22-598-HS005-10595

This classic silk cotton sari in black is handwoven with stripes in off white silk, along with paisley buttis in copper pink and orange silk on the body. The borders follow a ganga jamuna layout, where the sides are in black cotton and orange cotton both shot with black silk having geometric patterns and stripes in coral and green cotton. The pallu in black silk and cotton features peacock and geometric patterns in orange and copper pink silk. Woven with silk and cotton in the warp, and silk in the weft, these exclusively developed handlooms, with their higher silk content, impart these saris with a soft luster and bodied drape.
