This stunning kanjivaram sari in beige shot with sage green is handwoven with geometric checks enclosing mayil(peacock) and floral buttis in gold zari, all over the body. The korvai borders in a dual shade of pink, the broad border has twill, vanki(chevron), mayil, simham(lion), salangai(anklet) and geometric patterns in gold zari, while the narrow border has twill, mayil, simham, salangai and geometric motifs in gold zari, along with a selvedge in deep magenta. The pallu in the same colours as the borders feature a diamond band flanked by yaanai(elephant), mayil, manga(paisley), rudraksham, floral and geometric motifs in gold zari.
