This classic kanjivaram sari in hot pink shot with vermillion red is handwoven with vaira oosi checks, highlighted by floral motifs in gold zari, dotted on the body. The broad border has mayil(peacock), manga(paisley), diamond and geometric patterns in gold zari; while the small border has diamond and geometric patterns in gold zari. The pallu features a geometric band flanked by yaanai(elephant), mayil, yali, floral, stylised leaf and geometric motifs in gold zari.
