This beautiful kanjivaram sari in violet shot with black is handwoven with mayil(peacock) and chakaram motifs in gold zari, on the body. The borders in golden yellow shot with black have geometric patterns in gold zari and hot pink, along with bands and a selvedge in leaf green. The pallu in hot pink shot with black features checks, twill, floral, kuthirai(horse), manga(paisley), geometric and stylised leaf motifs in gold zari.
