This regal kanjivaram sari in a dual shade of lilac is handwoven with checks enclosing peacock and chakaram buttis in gold zari, all over the body. The korvai borders are in scarlet red shot with ruby red, the broad border has peacock, floral, circular and geometric motifs in gold zari; while the small border has peacock motifs in gold zari. The pallu mirrors the colours of the borders and the patterns of the body also features elephant, geometric and circular motifs in gold zari.
