Kanakavalli Kanjivaram Silk Sari 23-041-HS001-11069

This regal kanjivaram sari in bright orange shot with scarlet red is handwoven with floral buttis in gold zari on the body, along with thazhampoo reku(temple) motifs placed above the borders. The borders in a dual shade of red have diamond, floral, rudraksham and chevron(vanki) patterns in gold zari, along with hints of leaf green. The pallu is interlocked using the 'benth' technique in the same colours as the borders and features a geometric band edged by mann kuthirai(terracotta horse), yali, a mythical animal, thuthiripoo, manga(paisley) and floral motifs also in gold zari woven using the 'adai' technique.
