Kanakavalli Kanjivaram Silk Sari 23-041-HS001-03338

This regal kanjivaram sari in magenta shot with black is handwoven with checks enclosing floral buttis in gold zari on the body, along with temple motifs placed above the borders. The borders in dark violet shot with black have diamond, floral and geometric patterns in gold zari, along with bands and hints in green. The pallu is interlocked using the 'benth' technique in the same colours as the borders and features a geometric band edged by horse, yali, mythical animal, thuthiripoo, paisley and floral motifs also in gold zari woven using the 'adai' technique.
