Kanakavalli Kanjivaram Silk Sari 23-040-HS001-14553

This beautiful kanjivaram sari in golden olive shot with pale beige is handwoven with floral buttis in gold zari, dotted on the body. The korvai borders in purple shot with navy blue have kuyilkann(cuckoo eyes), thuthiripoo, vanki(chevron), geometric patterns in gold zari and burnt orange, along with hints of raspberry pink. The pallu woven using the 'adai' technique in the same colours as the borders feature a twill band edged by yaanai(elephant), kuthirai(horse), mayil(peacock), manga(paisley) floral and geometric patterns in gold zari, scarlet red, violet and burnt orange.
