Kanakavalli Kanjivaram Silk Sari 21-608-HS001-06111

This sari is from Kanakavalli’s Reiya collective that have undergone a series of hand processes to soften and age the drape. It is marked by age-muted zari, and a sumptuous bodied but butter soft hand feel.

This regal kanjivaram sari in brick red is handwoven with stylised leaf patterns in gold zari, all over the body. The borders have twill and vanki(chevron) patterns in gold zari. The pallu features a diamond band edged by vanki, geometric and manga(paisley) motifs in gold zari.

Approximate Length - 5.3 meters + 0.6 to 0.65 meters (attached blouse)
Height - 1.12 - 1.17 meters.

Approximate weight - 950 grams.
