Kanakavalli Kanjivaram Silk Sari 21-586-HS001-07158

This sari is from Kanakavalli's Reiya collective of kanjivarams that have undergone a series of hand processes to soften and age the drape. It is marked by age-muted zari, and a sumptuous bodied but butter-soft hand feel.

This regal kanjivaram sari in a dual shade of red is handwoven with circular and geometric motifs in gold zari, all over the body. The borders have vanki(chevron), floral and geometric patterns in gold zari. The pallu features a large diamond band edged by floral, twill, rudraksham, geometric and stylised leaf motifs in gold zari.
