Kanakavalli Kanjivaram Silk Sari 21-586-HS001-08884

This sari is from Kanakavalli’s Reiya collective that have undergone a series of hand processes to soften and age the drape. It is marked by age-muted zari, and a sumptuous bodied but butter soft hand feel.

This beautiful kanjivaram sari in blue grey is handwoven with a diamond pattern enclosing floral buttis in gold zari, all over the body. The broad border has diamonds, chevron and geometric motifs in gold zari; while the small border has chevron and geometric patterns in gold zari. The pallu mirrors features diamond, paisley, floral, geometric and stylised leaf motifs in gold zari.
