This classic silk cotton Gadwal sari in black shot with off-white is handwoven checks in self, with a silk warp and cotton weft on the body. The temple korvai borders in a dual shade of beige have chevron, floral and geometric patterns in gold. The pallu mirrors the colours of the borders and features floral, geometric patterns and stripes in gold. Both the borders and pallu are in silk.
