This unique tussore silk sari is handwoven in black. The borders follow a ganga jamuna layout, where one side is in a dual shade of red, while the other side is in apricot shot with red; both have stylised fish, floral, chevron and geometric patterns in chartreuse, apricot orange, jade green and off-white, along with a selvedge in hot pink. The pallu in red shot with black features stylised fish, lotus, floral, geometric motifs and stripes in apricot orange, chartreuse, leaf green and beige.
