Kanakavalli X Kasuti Kanjivaram Silk Sari 22-110-HS001-00861
This sari is from Kanakavalli’s Reiya collective that have undergone a series of hand processes to soften and age the drape. It is marked by age-muted zari, and a sumptuous bodied but butter soft hand feel.
This classic kanjivaram sari in a dual shade of chestnut brown is handwoven with floral buttis in gold zari, dotted on the body. The korvai borders in rust brown shot with chestnut brown have diamond, vanki(chevron), floral, twill and geometric patterns in gold zari. The pallu mirrors the colours and patterns of the borders and also features a central geometric band in gold zari and brown.
The sari is handworked with kasuti motifs in brown and ruby red across the body.

Height - 1.12 - 1.17 meters.
Approximate weight - 730 grams.
