Kanakavalli Silk/Cotton Sari 24-598-HS005-12257

This unique silk cotton sari in black is handwoven with bands in lime green silk, along with geometric patterns in mustard orange cotton, on the body. The borders in black have chevron, paisley and geometric motifs in mustard orange and pale beige cotton. The pallu in the same colours as the borders features a seeprekku band edged by diamond, circular, chevron and geometric patterns in orange silk.

Woven with silk and cotton in the warp, and silk in the weft, these exclusively developed handlooms, with their higher silk content, impart these saris with a soft luster and bodied drape.
