This stunning kanjivaram sari in royal blue shot with deep sky blue is handwoven with checks in gold zari, yellow and sap green, highlighted by floral buttis in yellow and sap green, on the body. The korvai borders follow a ganga jamuna layout where the sides are in a dual shade of sap green and yellow, and have mayil(peacock), manga(paisley), vanki(chevron), twill, floral and geometric patterns in gold zari and mulberry purple. The pallu in a dual shade of mulberry purple features a seeprekku pattern edged by vanki, stylised leaf motifs, bands and stripes in gold tissue and zari.
