Kanakavalli Kanjivaram Silk Sari 19-040-HS001-01194

This sari is from Kanakavalli’s Reiya collective that has undergone a series of hand processes to soften and age the drape. It is marked by age-muted zari, and a sumptuous bodied but butter-soft hand feel.

This stunning kanjivaram sari in bottle green shot with black is handwoven with geometric stripes in gold zari, running along the body. The borders have twill, diamond and geometric patterns in gold zari and bottle green. The pallu features a geometric band flanked by puli(tiger), mayil(peacock), manga(paisley), floral, thuthiripoo and twill motifs in gold zari.
