Kanakavalli Kanjivaram Silk Angavastram Set 24-611-HA001-01169

This mens' kanjivaram weave angavastram set, comprising of a veshti and an angavastram length, is handwoven in off white.

The borders, executed in korvai with a thazhampoo reku(temple) border joining detail, follow a ganga jamuna layout, where the bottom border as worn is in mayilkazhuthu (a shot colour featuring royal blue and green) and the top border as worn is in manthulir (which is a shot colour of crimson red and green). The borders are embellished with an arai madam pattern, manga(paisley) and geometric motifs in gold zari.

The end pattas feature a band in gold zari and dark stem green.

Veshti approximate length : 4 to 4.5 meters.

Angavastram approximate length : 2 to 2.5 meters.

Approximate Height : 1.15 - 1.27 meters.
