This beautiful silk cotton Gadwal sari in parrot green shot with sap green is handwoven with floral and geometric motifs in gold, with a silk warp and cotton weft on the body. The borders in violet shot with sap green have paisley, diamond, twill and geometric patterns in gold, along with a band and a selvedge in chartreuse and fuchsia pink. The pallu in the same colours as the borders features a geometric band edged by paisley, floral, chevron patterns and stripes in gold. Both the borders and pallu are in silk.
