This vibrant kanjivaram sari in coral pink shot with red is handwoven with geometric checks enclosing mayil(peacock), manga(paisley) and floral motifs in gold zari, on the body. The borders in magenta shot with coral pink have twill, yaanai(elephant), parakkum kuthirai(winged horse), mayil, thazhampoo reku(temple) and geometric patterns in gold zari, along with a selvedge in dark emerald green. The pallu in the same colour as the borders features checks enclosing mayil and floral buttis edged by yaanai, parakkum kuthirai, yali, annam, manga, floral, geometric and stylised leaf motifs in gold zari.
