Kanakavalli Kanjivaram Silk Sari 22-040-HS001-12930

This sari is from Kanakavalli’s Reiya collective that has undergone a series of hand processes to soften and age the drape. It is marked by age-muted zari, and a sumptuous bodied but butter-soft hand feel.

This beautiful kanjivaram sari in mustard yellow is handwoven with geometric checks in gold tissue and gold zari, running across the body. The borders have rudraksham, vanki(chevron) and geometric patterns in gold zari. The pallu features an ettu kol band edged by mayil(peacock), thuthiripoo, geometric motifs and stripes in gold zari.
