In Kanakavalli's Healing Foods collective, we curate kanjivarams in the colours of ingredients that are known to nurture health and wellness. We draw on hues found in a South Indian kitchen, also bringing you traditional homemade remedies to boost immunity, inspired by the wisdom of our grandmothers.
From the vibrant yellow of mambazham (mango) and the spice red hue of milagai pazham (red chillies), to the rich deep purple of naval pazham (jamun), we bring the colours of these miracle ingredients to life in a curation of exquisite kanjivaram saris.
This special colour collective is accompanied by simple recipes for healing and restoring well-being, on our blog.
