Kanakavalli Silk/Cotton Sari 23-598-HS005-12964

This classic silk cotton sari in brown is handwoven with checks and stripes in lime green silk and off-white cotton, running along the body. The broad border has diamond and chevron patterns in orange and off white cotton, along with bands in sap green cotton; while the small border has diamond and geometric patterns in orange cotton. The pallu features diamond, chevron and geometric patterns in rust orange and off-white silk.

These exclusively commissioned silk cotton handlooms are woven with a much higher silk content, which gives them a beautiful lustre and crisp drape.
