This regal kanjivaram sari in purple shot with black is handwoven with geometric checks enclosing mayil(peacock) and floral buttis in gold zari, across the body. The borders have vanki(chevron) and rudraksham patterns in gold zari. The pallu features a twill band edged by mayil, yaanai(elephant), manga(paisley), vanki, geometric and stylised leaf motifs in gold zari.
