This regal kanjivaram sari in purple shot with lavender is handwoven with floral buttis in gold zari, all over the body. The borders are in a dual shade of purple, the broad borders have twill, mayil(peacock), yaanai(elephant), manga(paisley) and geometric motifs in gold zari, while the narrow borders have mayil, yaanai, manga and geometric motifs in gold zari. The pallu in the same colours as the borders feature a diamond pattern edged by mayil, yali, mythical bird, floral, rudraksham, geometric and stylised leaf motifs in gold zari.
