This stunning kanjivaram sari in dark leaf green shot with black is handwoven with mayil(peacock) and floral motifs in gold zari, dotted on the body. The borders are in red shot with black, the broad border has yaanai(elephant), floral and geometric patterns in gold zari; while the narrow border has geometric patterns in gold zari. The pallu in the same colours as the borders features a diamond band flanked by yaanai, mayil, annam, rudraksham, floral, geometric and stylised leaf motifs in gold zari.
