This beautiful kanjivaram sari in cobalt blue shot with stem green is handwoven with checks highlighted by mayil(peacock) and chakaram motifs in gold zari, all over the body. The borders in cobalt blue shot with brown have yaanai(elephant), stylised fish, manga(paisley), rudraksham, twill, floral and geometric motifs in gold zari. The pallu in the same colour as the borders features a vanki(chevron) band flanked by yaanai, kili(parrot), rudraksham, floral, twill, geometric and stylised leaf motifs in gold zari.
