This classic kanjivaram sari in peacock blue shot with dark taupe is handwoven with geometric checks enclosing mayil(peacock) and floral motifs in gold zari, dotted on the body. The borders in pale taupe shot with peacock blue have yaanai(elephant), twill and geometric patterns in gold zari. The pallu in same colour as the borders features a diamond band flanked by kuthirai(horse), manga(paisley), twill, floral and geometric motifs in gold zari.
