This elegant kanjivaram sari in brown shot with black is handwoven with checks enclosing floral motifs in gold zari, dotted on the body. The borders are in hot pink shot with black, the broad and narrow borders have checks enclosing mayil(peacock), parakkum kuthirai(winged horse), diamond and geometric motifs in gold zari, while the pallu features a geometric band edged by mayil(peacock), yaanai(elephant), yali, rudraksham and stylised leaf motifs in gold zari.
