This stunning kanjivaram sari in fuschia pink shot with gold and silver tissue is handwoven with vanki(chevron) patterns in gold and silver zari, all over the body. The broad border has diamond, yali, meen(stylised fish), vanki, twill and geometric motifs in gold zari and fuschia pink; while the narrow border has diamond, mayil(peacock), meen, vanki, twill and geometric motifs in gold zari and fuschia pink. The pallu features a diamond band flanked by mayil, yali, vanki, geometric and stylised leaf motifs in gold zari.
