This stunning kanjivaram sari in hot pink shot with ivory is handwoven with self jacquard pattern, highlighted by manga(paisley) motifs in gold zari, dotted on the body. The borders are in hot pink shot with red; the broad border has twill, puli(tiger), mayil(peacock), manga, vanki(chevron), floral and geometric motifs in gold zari; while the small border has twill, mayil, floral, vanki and geometric motifs in gold zari, along with hints of golden yellow and leaf green. The pallu in the same colour as the borders features a twill band flanked by yaanai(elephant), yali, mayil, annam, floral, geometric and stylised leaf patterns in gold zari.
