This elegant kanjivaram sari in navy blue shot with black is handwoven with geometric checks enclosing iruthalai pakshi and chakaram motifs in gold zari, on the body. The borders in hot pink shot with black have mayil(peacock), annam, manga(paisley), floral, rudraksham and geometric patterns in gold zari, along with a selvedge in dark leaf green. The pallu in the same colour as the border features checks enclosing yaanai(elephant), parakkum kuthirai(winged horse) and iruthalai pakshi motifs edged by yali, annam, manga, floral, rudraksham, thazhampoo reku(temple) and geometric patterns in gold zari.
