This vibrant kanjivaram sari in yellow shot with scarlet red is handwoven with yaanai(elephant) and iruthalai pakshi motifs in gold zari, dotted on the body. The borders in magenta shot with red have twill, mayil, manga(paisley), floral and geometric patterns in gold zari, along with a selvedge in green. The pallu in the colour as the border features a diamond band enclosing floral motifs edged by yali, annam, vanki(chevron), floral and geometric patterns in gold zari.
