This elegant kanjivaram sari in mauve shot with pale lilac is handwoven with yaanai(elephant) and iruthalai pakshi motifs in gold zari, dotted on the body. The borders have yaanai, diamond and geometric patterns in gold and silver zari. The pallu features a diamond band flanked by yaanai, mayil(peacock), chakaram, geometric and stylised leaf all in gold and silver zari.
