This stunning kanjivaram sari in bright yellow shot with hot pink is handwoven with kuthirai(horse), iruthalai pakshi, radham(chariot), manga(paisley), floral and geometric motifs in gold zari, all over the body. The borders have diamond, vanki(chevron), salangai(anklet) and thuthiripoo patterns in gold zari, along with hints of green. The pallu woven using the ‘adai’ technique features a seeprekku pattern flanked by mayil(peacock), yali, manga, salangai, thuthiripoo, twill and geometric motifs in gold zari, along with hints of green.
