This elegant kanjivaram sari in pale blue is handwoven with bands and stripes in burgundy and scarlet red, forming a checkered pattern, on the body. The korvai borders in a dual shade of yellow have floral, neli and geometric patterns in gold zari and black, along with hints of scarlet red. The pallu in the same colour as the borders feature a diamond band edged by kuthirai(horse), mayil(peacock), mythical animal, floral and geometric motifs in gold zari, scarlet red and black.
